Stronger Together: RAB Germany Team Meeting in Bonn
Members of the Refugee Advisory Board Germany (RAB Germany) and its Secretariat recently came together in Bonn for an in-person team meeting focused on strengthening collaboration, reviewing internal governance processes and shaping priorities for the months ahead.
As the (almost) full team rarely has the opportunity to meet in person, the gathering provided valuable space for joint reflection, important decision-making and personal exchange. Participants used the meeting to get to know each other better, share experiences and further build the trust that forms the foundation of RAB Germany’s work.
The meeting reaffirmed the team’s shared commitment to meaningful refugee participation and representation. It also highlighted the importance of strong internal structures, open communication and collective responsibility in advancing refugee-led advocacy.
RAB Germany warmly thanks Beate Roggenbuck for moderating the meeting with care and clarity. Special thanks also go to all RAB Germany members who took the time and made the effort to join the Secretariat at the bicc – Bonn International Centre for Conflict Studies office in Bonn.
